Virtual Goods and Currency

Refund Policy

VR Health and Safety

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JESSVRWORKS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

• Any other matter relating to the Services

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or $100, whichever is greater.

Termination
